This product did not last 12 months. The company basically accused me of misuse and accidental damage. Absolutely absurd. If the materials and workmanship aren’t robust enough to last less than 12 months of normal wear and tear, then don’t advertise advertise a 12 month warranty that isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. And to offer a 30% discount to purchase another case, that probably won’t last 12 months is a joke. My advice, Don’t purchase from this company. The customer service is terrible. The usual standard reply, time after time. If the product doesn’t hold up for the 12 month warranty, it evidently isn’t of good quality and workmanship.
