The charger never showed up. I received a standard email apologizing but they refuse to issue a refund, even though it's been over 40 days since I placed the order. The product reached the UK, but the delivery service seems to have lost it, and the company is not taking responsibility. They apologize for the trouble, say their shipping department is looking into it, and claim it's at the pickup point, yet I have received no notification and it’s not there when I check. I'm £70 out of pocket. Overall, a dreadful experience.
