Hearing perspectives from both a first responder and a parent took real courage and strength, it opened up an honest level of dialogue that may not have happened otherwise. The tools and strategies shared were practical and will absolutely be used in the field. I would attend again without hesitation, there’s just so much valuable information to take in. The presenter’s passion is immediately noticeable and makes the training that much more because you know that it isn’t just someone talking at you but someone who really wants to help others understand and connect.
