Bluecompass RV bought the original dealership that I bought my new trailer from. I had my trailer there during the transition and it sat there for almost a year. Bluecompass employees and managers would not return phone calls to check on progress and finally I just had to make the 2+ hour drive to pick it up. They charged for the "work", but had not completed it and now will still not return phone calls or emails about follow up work. I believe that this company is unprofessional and not trust worthy. My recommendations are to avoid them if you are looking for a new/used RV
