Our law firm attempted to purchase an RV. Nathan Ogletree (478-714-0533), Roland Boughton (678-327-2296) and Josh Alexander (770-945-2435) all lied to us and stole $150k from our company. We agreed to purchase what we were told was a brand-new RV and only after they demanded that we go ahead and wire $150k to them were we called back and told of several issues with the RV that needed repair. We told them we no longer want the RV, since it's in disrepair, and they continue to hold our money of $150k that they stole from us. They also tried to sell us a warranty for $8k and refused to send the coverage details after we requested this numerous times. When they finally sent us the warranty coverage details, it covered absolutely nothing, which Nathan Ogletree did not deny. They were just trying to scam us out of an additional $8k.

Great Service Department that will go the extra mile to help - no matter the situation. Recently we found a small area of water damage on the roof of the 2024 Grand Design Transcend 240ML that we purchased new from them. They were able to fix the damage and replace the roof all under warranty for us! I like to use their Silver maintenance package to help make sure the roof, body, slides, and propane are all in good working order. This year since the roof was just redone, there was no need to have it serviced, so they worked out a deal for me to have another comparable service done instead. Great Service Staff to work with! Thank you Jon! and everyone else!

Disappointing Used RV Purchase

I bought a used 2018 30' RV from a local dealer who assured me of thorough inspections. Unfortunately, I faced multiple issues just two days after the purchase. The furnace was using too much propane. I consulted a mobile RV inspector who found that the propane regulator was faulty and there was oil in the lines. We opted for immediate repairs due to safety concerns. Additionally, the toilet was malfunctioning, and there were cracks in the roof sealant that would lead to leaks. I regret not checking reviews beforehand, as many negative experiences were shared by others. CAUTION ADVISED!

Inadequate Inspections on Used RVs

I purchased a used 2018 30' RV from a local dealer who claimed they performed thorough inspections on all used vehicles. Unfortunately, I started experiencing issues just two days after the purchase. The furnace was consuming an excessive amount of propane. I called a reputable mobile RV inspector over the weekend for help. 1. He pressure tested it and informed me that the propane regulator was defective and there was oil in the lines. Due to safety concerns, we opted for immediate repairs. 2. The toilet was malfunctioning. 3. The roof had several cracks in the sealant, which would definitely result in leaks if it rained. I regret not reading reviews prior to my purchase, as there were many negative comments. CAUTION ADVISED!

Untrustworthy Service Experience

A local dealer recently serviced my older 5th wheel camper, initially just supposed to repack the bearings. They claimed the axles were damaged, and I agreed to their replacement. However, I had access to a vendor for axles, but they refused to install outside parts, indicating they wouldn’t receive their markup. I decided to go through their vendor and requested the old axles back. During the two-month wait, I received several texts suggesting additional services, most of which I had already completed. They later informed me that the axles needed modifications without discussing costs beforehand. After installation, I was told that using the leveling jacks was blowing fuses. They suggested an electrical inspection for $600, which I found unreasonable since everything worked fine when I dropped it off. Ultimately, I paid significantly more than quoted, did not receive the old axles, and left feeling uncertain about the necessity of the replacements. While the work quality was satisfactory, customer service was lacking.

Extremely Unsatisfactory Purchase

This has been the worst experience! We bought the RV based on claims that it was ideal for full-time living. However, many features, like the air conditioner and command board, have not worked properly. The self-leveling system fails, the televator is broken, and the TV was defective. They make promises they do not keep, and the timing for repairs is unacceptable. The RV often returns in the same condition it was taken in.
