When my husband said he won’t be pressured Reuben left us to look at our leisure, answered our questions (when he couldn’t he called Alliance RV rep). We couldn’t be happier with the sales transaction. Now the service side getting RV ready for delivery was bumpy but they accepted our hard line on what we wanted and knew would fit (goose box) graciously. We called Alliance RV (very helpful), and Lippert. After a few days of back and forth, Alliance had tech/service talk to engineer. We have our Reese Rhino goose box installed that doesn’t void Lippert warranty. The service department movedmy washer from my old rig to new for free ‼️‼️I was so happy!! I rewarded them with DQ gift card.
