I subscribed for a private health insurance plan tailored for newcomers.The information provided on their website is quite clear. The payment was smooth and I received all the supporting documents very quickly (something like 2 weeks).What made me give 3 stars out of 5 is that they partly ignored obligations and constraints caused by the COVID crisis and did not followup their current client base. Meaning that people paid a plan for a certain date but as they could not make it to Canada on time, they had to pay more for an extension.
