*note, trust pilots positive reviews from blue cross are primarily happy owners who got to adopt their pet - maybe look into people's experiences who have given away a pet or had to work there....* Worked there, having worked other rescues too and found it to be the most dishonest, unregulated and overall worst animal rescue I have ever had the displeasure of working with- and I was warned by long term volunteers NOT to go there They will probably euthanase your pet- they have no real skills in behaviour or welfare at a head office level, almost non are CAB or have any qualifications The head of behaviour had a 5 month old puppy euthanised for mouthing that caused "nerve damage" in their hand, yet were bragging about the amount of pushups they had to do a few weeks later to the staff Vile place, where morals and integrity goes to die Do NOT give your money to themThey wasted several grand on an educational course for the behaviour team for several days - ended up not being there to upskill us but instead come up with some kind of business idea the charity could benefit off whilst calling it "team building". From sources still within the charity, nothing from that course got followed through on (very common for blue cross) Don't waste your money on them Give it to any local small rescues, RSPCA or Dogs Trust All animals would genuinely better off if blue cross were to go bust, the corruption is deep- it wasn't that long ago (2012 I believe) their CEO had an affair with a animal welfare assistant, lied about it and gaslit her till she commit suicide, then paid off the head of finance who knew about it whilst stealing money herself. True story, Google it. Blue cross is very good and hiding it's sins
