I took our cat to the organization in Victoria, where the nurse assessed him and concluded that it would be kinder to put him to sleep. They gave me time to say goodbye, and the nurse was incredibly compassionate, recognizing my distress. We also received a beautiful handwritten sympathy card from the staff, which meant a lot to my family and me, as Felix was a cherished member of our family. I want to thank all the staff for their kindness and dedication in providing an excellent service to animals and their owners.
