This is the worst courier service.
In the online tracking it shows “Out for Delivery”, but you don’t receive any call from the courier person.
They simply put random reasons for non-delivery in the online tracking portal.
When I checked their online reviews, many people had the same complaint.
I sent my brother to collect the parcel, but they refused to give it to him, saying that I must come personally. However, I was the one who was going to provide the OTP required for the parcel, so there should have been no issue in handing it over.
The parcel had already arrived there, but still they did not give it to us.
I have never seen such a horrible service in my life.
