"Blue Dart has become a hub of liars and unprofessional staff. My package Shipment AWB#90410136655 (platinumrx order #1690111) was for urgent medicines, and the delivery boy updated a FAKE status saying 'Door was closed.' I have CCTV footage proving that no one even came near my building. This is a common tactic by their lazy staff to avoid work. I have complained to their local hub, but they are protecting their fraudulent delivery boy. If you have an urgent delivery, NEVER use Blue Dart. They have no ethics, especially when it comes to medical emergencies. Highly irresponsible and disgusting service!"

Worst, over hyped nothing more than that. Multiple experiences. Initially during one package told that my area is out of their delivery area which is 2 km from their office. Then I collected it from their office. After that it's updated as our for delivery and half an hour after that it's delivered. Like they delivered to address. Currently one of my item is in transit which is from Delhi. After that consignment reached Ahmedabad in the morning and in the evening it's updated again under transit in Delhi.20979324273 is the consignment number anyone can check.

had ordered this one by one get one free but actually it's price is low on meshow Bellavita is just playing us through adds and offers also I didn't get my third item was missing in the parcel the box was damaged and no customer care service available in Bellavita kindly check the parcel before paying or giving OTP for COD the Blue dart courier service is not proper providing us service and also my one item was missing so I didn't get how to register the complaint and the customer care number is fully spam with spam service don't go for add or offers I don't know who scammed me is it BellaVita or Blue dart shipping courier service Belavita has to take strict action towards shipping service and also the service is not available on time I rate this perfume

I mean you might think with all the poor reviews that blue fart can’t be that bad. But holy mother of Christ I’ve never ever met a clueless driver as this man . This man seriously doesn’t give a damn whether the package reaches the person or not and he just continues about his day. I ordered a herbal tea from the blue tea(haven’t tried it ,looking forward to it)and this man comes up to my hostel,starts calling me back to back ,without knowing im in class right? And he doesn’t go back with the package or he doesn’t give it to the security or nothing. He simply gives it to a random ass fruit shop which is like 3km from the my hostel(which I’ve never seen in my life)and he doesn’t care to inform me or give the shop my number or not an ounce of common sense in this man’s head. I run out of my class because I get message that some lady with my name received my package and remember this delivery is very important to me because I ordered it for my grandmothers asthma.I literally kept calling on the delivery guys number forever ,asked every single person in and out of my hostel if they have received anything .CHECKED MY BLOODY CCTV FOOTAGE AFTER GETTING APPROVAL FROM THE DEAN . Two days passes by (holidays ofc),this man or the blue dart(to which I sent an email on that exact freaking day) still doesn’t care to inform where my package is. And when I go to the blue FART service Center or whatever , they call him and pretend as if this was an everyday occurrence. wow literally wow

Formal Complaint Regarding International Shipment

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction concerning an international shipment that was initially booked from the UK and forwarded to the service for delivery in India. Shipment details: Escalation number / Complaint no - 1583451 Origin: United Kingdom Forwarding Partner: Best Choice Cargo According to the tracking information from the forwarding partner, the shipment was handed over to the service. However, it has yet to be delivered. Despite numerous follow-ups, I am repeatedly instructed to wait 24–48 hours without any clear resolution. This situation suggests a possible loss or misplacement of the shipment while under the service's custody. I request: An immediate investigation and written status update Proof of delivery or confirmation of loss Compensation in accordance with courier policy if the shipment is confirmed lost Please consider this matter urgent and resolve it within 48 hours, or I will have no choice but to escalate to the Consumer Forum.

Terrible Experience

I received a message stating Delivery Attempted - Premises Closed while everyone was home. Even the security personnel and CCTV footage show no delivery attempt by the service. This is an awful experience. The order was very important to me, and your service has made it even worse. I hope that consumer protection authorities will address this issue someday.

A courier service that takes too many holidays.

This courier service has an excessive number of holidays. Besides Sundays, they take around 63 days off each year, resulting in no deliveries during that time. Honestly, I envy anyone who works for a company like this. A warning for anyone planning to send gifts through this service—if the delivery date coincides with a Sunday or a holiday, don't expect it to arrive on time.

Card Delivery Issues and Poor Service

I have not received my bank card due to claims of no service in my area. If this is the case, why was the courier accepted in the first place? I visited the local courier office twice and was told by the branch manager that the card would be returned to the bank due to an incorrect address. There has been a complete lack of respect for customers and no consideration for the inconvenience caused during my ten days of follow-up visits.
