I want to give stars in minus, my experience is so so bad with Bluedex. At first I contacted BLUEDEX, PUNE for FASSAI license, that happened smoothly, but unfortunately I had to close my business within a few months, so I contacted BLUEDEX, PUNE again to cancel my licenses this time FASSAI, Udyam, MSME,GST and Shop. The contact person was Himani, she promised me the work will be done within seven to ten days. It was 22 January, After multiple follow ups for more than a month, I got to know the guy who was assigned to my work Aman has not even started the work. On 26 th February when I asked for proof of work he sent me a screenshot where the "last login date was shown 12-09-25 (the date I got my FASSAI) and Surrender application date is 26-02-26", the day I asked for proof of work, which means before that day (26 th February) he didn't even started working. After seeing that an argument was obvious, so the guy Aman promised me to finish the work by the end of that day or refund my money,but he didn't! he took two days for FASSAI and Udyam, MSME cancellation submission. No work for GST and Shop. I myself raised the cancellation request for GST. Still shop licence cancellation request submission is pending, I even wrote to BLUEDEX directly, with all the screenshots but I received NO RESPONSE of that email. I have to repeatedly request Aman to finish my work but he is not doing it, on 25 th March when I asked him,he told me he will refund my money, "he will refund my money after three months of delay!!" Everything is a joke right? No value for people's time and money!!Who will compensate for the delay? So lastly he told me by last Friday (27-03-2026) he was supposed to finish the Shop licence cancellation work but again he didn't finish. Nobody is reachable except this utterly unprofessional Aman. Whom should I contact I don't know. They don't even respond to the e-mails. Though in the future I have business plans but I am never contacting BLUEDEX again for my licenses. Utterly Unprofessional people!! You take your customers for granted!!
