I had the worst experience with Bluedex. I had to pay upfront for my FSSAI License application. Yogita is the agent assigned to me and she has provided the worst customer service I have ever seen. She takes atlest 3 days and multiple follow up just to acknowledge. After a whole month of harassment I am still stuck and have applied for the license with another company. They don't even have refunded me and now the lady is asking me to contact another agent to handle my query. It's really frustrating. I AM REALLY UPSET WITH BLUEDEX and I will always tell everyone to avoid using Bluedex.

Good Experience, I applied for 5 year FSSAI license . They applied on same day and shared license receipt on same day and in 5 days I received my license without facing any issue . The assigned POC was also kind and guide me so well.
