My family typically enjoys our visits to the garden centre. However, during our last trip early last week, there was an incident where an employee in a hi-viz tabard shouted rudely at my husband from across the restaurant. There was no reason for such rudeness, especially since the restaurant was empty. Despite this, we won’t let it deter us from returning, as every other staff member we’ve interacted with has been wonderful.
