I’ve reached out to Bluegreen multiple times over the months and received a call and a reply that did not address my situation. No promised follow-up ever happened, leaving me frustrated and ignored.
My timeshare fees have risen from $140 to over $1,200 annually for a product I cannot use. Booking options are limited, resale is impossible, and the promises made at purchase never materialized. Attempts to get a fair exit or real help have been met with silence.
This experience has been stressful and unfair. Based on my interactions, I cannot recommend Bluegreen. Anyone considering ownership should be aware that support may be nonexistent, and fees will keep rising even if the timeshare cannot be used.
