After the initial contact, all smiles and promise everything, it goes down hill. The site "supervisor" came to site on 2 occasions and barely responded to texts or phone calls. The communication was extremely poor. They emailed and rang to get payment days before completion, but crickets when trying to get updates. Told me a plumber would be on stand by to reconnect all the pipes that were damaged but waited 2 weeks for one, as a result all the storm water pipes emptied into the pool and caused a cave in( charged me $4500) to dig it back out and left it all on the side of the pool area, i had to remove it my self.I had to reconnect the sewage my self to be able to use the bathroom. People were just coming in and out when ever they wanted without prior notice. They stockpiled all the dirt in my front yard because of wrong machinery for the job. The tilers tried to force me to get them extra material because they didnt have enough to finish the job, even though i already paid for the material and delivery that was organised by blue haven. Extremely rude. Pebblecrete was washed and left on the street in front of my house i had. To clean it all my self. And now that its done i havent recieved so much as an email as a follow up. So many more minor things, it was honestly the worst experience. I would 100% wholeheartedly never recommend these guys to any one.
