I placed an order with Blue Illusion online over six weeks ago and am still waiting for it to arrive. They claim to have made two failed deliveries. They have nowhere on their order form where you can ask for a package to be left. What kind of couriers do they use?! My house is hidden behind a huge hedge and has a waist high brick veranda. Why could the package not be left. Their customer service consists of Kurt emails. There is no phone number given so you can actually speak with a person. I will have to be very sorely tempted by something to ever consider ordering with them again. I am taking my woes to the Department of Fair Trade.
