I have found the clothing I've purchased to be well-made, slips included if needed, and to be beautiful to wear. The linen and cotton items are great to wear in a Queensland summer.
It would be nice to see some measurements as sometimes sizing can vary.

Blue Illusion customer service was once amazing but in the last 3 months something has changed. They don't answer emails or live chat or phone calls. Twice I have had to chase them to find out why my order hadn't been shipped. I am a loyal customer who is about to give up on them.
Friday was another rainy day but I found a ray of sunshine when I went into the Lane Cove store to take advantage of the sale. I am a senior so generally limited to shopping during sales. Jennice and her coworkers are always welcoming, extraordinary helpful and I go home happy with a suitable very nice purchase! Thank you Jennice.
Three days ago this review would have been 5 stars. The quality was good the fashion to my taste and lovely service. When I went into the Lane Cove shop in the last few days I encountered a difficult and unpleasant shop assistant with red hair who was very mouthy toward me when I complained about an item I was returning. As a long time customer I was shocked to be told the customer is not always right and to not come back. I wonder what has happened that staff feel it’s ok to talk to customers like that? Customer Service - not at Blue Illusion Lane Cove.
I first bought from Blue Illusion in their original Melbourne store, and have continued to doso, but that could end today. There have been a few issues over the years with quality (refusal to accept returns with poor stitching), offhand customer service and the dreaded Couriers Please. Despite being at my home (the delivery address), and not having anyone buzz my apartment, Couriers Please allege the driver was unable to deliver, so I have to go somewhere else to collect my order. Lodging a complaint is so difficult - if I ever get to speak to BI customer service (phone cuts out after telling you they're too busy) or that of Couriers Please.
Regarding returns, be sure you understand that this company is located in Australia and any return must be mailed back there at the customer's expense. There is no North American distribution center. The quality of the pants I ordered is fine, I just didn't like the fit. If the return shipping is too expensive, the item will go to Goodwill. No more orders for me!
