I tried to use my Blue Light Card at Bills in Exeter for the 20% off the menu, but was told that I had to get a code from the app itself with which to use in tandem with the card itself. I thought this was very odd.
I tried to get the code from the app, but the app kept crashing..
I have contacted BLC multiple times about this and my card, but I am getting nowhere.
I am beginning to regret getting this card because it hasn't helped me with anything. A waste of £5.00 to be honest.
I am better off trying the Vouchercodes website for a discount. That's simpler and more straightforward to use than having a BLC which clearly isn't worth the trouble.
Unless BLC sorts this out this week, I shall be requesting a refund of my card.
