During the discussion, I also suggested a potential improvement to the membership‑extension process. Specifically, I proposed that any extension should begin from the existing expiry date, rather than from the date the payment is made. This approach would help ensure that members do not lose any portion of their benefits period, which can otherwise feel unfair.
I was pleased that the team appeared genuinely receptive to this feedback, and I appreciate their openness to enhancing the member experience.
