Help!
Still getting absolutely nowhere. Approaching 2 months after buying a £50 Asda gift card that shows zero balance when we try to use it at the till.
Numerous emails and complaints sent to blue light card and no resolution! Just going round in circles or no response.
I just want my money back, I don't want to be a piggy in the middle while it goes back and forth between you and Asda!
This is so unfair and stressful for us.

My complaint email and other emails have been completely ignored.
Blue light is great until something goes wrong and this is what happens - please beware!
If you have an issue there appears to be no way to escalate it other than posting negative reviews on her in the hope that someone will deal with it.
I believe I now have enough evidence to submit a chargeback request to my bank (something normally used for fraudulent transactions!) but I really shouldn't have to!
