I just wanted to warn people thinking of booking with 'Blue Lotus Holiday's to think again!! We booked with them for a Japan holiday for 4people and had the most frustrating and dissatisfying experience!! And this is even before our holiday!! Our flight has been postponed by 10hours and so this would have required us to spend the whole night in Seoul airport and then another 14 hours on the flight to London, arriving Sunday night when we had to work next Monday morning. I have sent so many emails and spoken to so many agents without much help in changing the flight to a more convenient time. I have even sent a letter of complaint to the manager which has been ignored and been told he is too busy to speak with customers...We are left 6 weeks before our holiday in limbo! It has been so stressful so far that I am regretting it to have booked with them!! And that is before the holiday!! Nothing has been explained to us about what to expect and when wwill be getting the flight and bullet train tickets!! They are very keen and responsive to get you booked with them and then if something goes wrong, you are left to your devices! I am utterly disappointed and dreading now going on our holiday after we paid so much money for our holiday! Never again will I consider booking anything with Blue Lotus holiday!
