From initial consultation with the kind and intuitive Lorenc, for his great advice and organisation of everything for my hair transplant in Istanbul then onto Walter, his clear and direct communication with me updating me on all the processes etc he was fantastic and super kind also! Then onto the clinic and the facilities are excellent! Ebru was my point of contact and as she is theOperations manager the experience with her from start to finish was excellent. She made me instantly feel comfortable and clear on my goals and what I wanted to achieve with the hair transplant. Imran was my translator on the day of the surgery and he was super kind also as well as very knowledgable of the procedure so he was able to help and support me with any questions I had.
