My experience at BlueMagic was first class from the start. Bekim and Vangjush were there for me every step of the way and continue to be in recovery as well. They answered all my questions thoroughly and made getting everything booked very simple. Once I got to Istanbul, everything ran exactly how they said it would and they provided me updates constantly throughout my stay and ensured I was settled each day.
Upon arriving at the clinic, it was more of the same. Every person in the building was friendly. My interpreter Aebru was phenomenal. My doctor and her assistants answered all my questions thoroughly and with care. Never once did I feel like I was just number at a hair mill.
I truly do not have a single critique from my experience at BlueMagic. Thank you for your professionalism and how you treated my mother and I. You made a journey across the world for an operation incredibly easy.

I went to Istanbul solo for my procedure. I was guided the entire way and had a great experience. I know it can be hard to make a decision on which clinic to go to for your operation but these guys made it so easy. If you are thinking about having a hair transplant you should consider BMG to take care of you! All inclusive package made traveling and navigating the process simple! He took care of everything related to the clinic, transportation, and logistics, always being available, organized, and professional. He truly made the whole journey smooth and stress-free.What really impressed me the most is that even now, 12 days after the procedure, they are still following up with me, checking how my recovery is going and offering continuous support. BlueMagic made my HT procedure seamless and very easy. Walter and Francis have been very helpful the whole time before I even got the procedure done.Walter has been very good with checking in with me to make sure everything is okay,giving me clear instructions on what to do and were to go when arriving in Turkey. The team is very professional and make you feel at ease.I am now little over 1 month post op and Walter and Francis is on top of making sure everything is going good with me and the procedure. Guides me on what medication and topicals to use and tells me by looking at photos how my progress is going. Definitely recommend BlueMagic to anyone else looking to get this done!
My experience with Blue Magic Group was absolutely great from start to finish!From the very beginning, I was in touch with Medo, who was super helpful. He gave me all the info I needed about the costs, trip details, and the packages available. He answered all my questions and reassured me that I was in good hands with this company. The package he offered made my whole experience so easy—everything from hotel arrangements to a personal driver and a city tour. The price for the whole package was very good, and I decided, yes, I am doing this!Once I made the deposit for my package, I connected with Walter, who became my go-to for any questions. He was amazing at explaining everything I needed to know about my procedures and checked in on me while I was in Istanbul to see if I needed anything. Walter always responded quickly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole trip. I chatted with Walter and Medo through WhatsApp, which was way easier than calling or emailing. My procedure took two days, and when I arrived at the clinic, I met Faith. She walked me through the entire process, introduced me to the doctor, and the staff. Everyone at Blue Magic was so friendly that I never felt alone or had any doubts. The procedure went really well, and whenever I had questions or concerns, they took the time to explain everything and reassured me that all would be fine.Now that I'm back home in Chicago, Walter is still checking in on me, making it easy to reach out with any questions.
