My experience at BlueMagic was first class from the start. Bekim and Vangjush were there for me every step of the way and continue to be in recovery as well. They answered all my questions thoroughly and made getting everything booked very simple. Once I got to Istanbul, everything ran exactly how they said it would and they provided me updates constantly throughout my stay and ensured I was settled each day.
Upon arriving at the clinic, it was more of the same. Every person in the building was friendly. My interpreter Aebru was phenomenal. My doctor and her assistants answered all my questions thoroughly and with care. Never once did I feel like I was just number at a hair mill.
