Refund not given for wrong product

Ordered a jeans from them and got 2 inches smaller so when I returned it, they asked for 200 handling charges!!!! No site asks for such hefty amount for handling and then when I asked them that since the product was not up to the mark therefore I should get refund in my bank account only then they started talking rudely to me on call and started saying that you should buy something else from our website from credit points!How am I supposed to buy another product when I didn’t get what I wanted, my 250₹ are wasted in delivery and handling charges plus I didn’t get refund money and now I am stuckThis is literally the worst practice that I have ever come across They just want money
