Stay away from this brand for good reason.

I contacted the founder to resolve a simple issue with my order, but instead of listening, he accused me of lying and was condescending in his tone. This interaction reflects poorly on the leadership and company culture. I was shocked by the lack of respect and accountability. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect basic decency. This experience has completely turned me off from this brand.

A deeply disappointing shopping experience!

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. They sent the wrong size and denied my return request. Instead of taking responsibility, they asked me to measure the shirt! Additionally, there was no size indicated anywhere, yet they blamed me. I've had to send multiple emails just to get a basic response. It's frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid this site — poor service and terrible quality control.

Scam alert!

Their sizing is inconsistent. They charge for pickup and delivery, and refunds are not offered. I ordered a dress based on their size chart, but it was too small. They charged for the pickup and gave me store credit. Then, when I ordered a larger size, it was too big, and they refuse to exchange it.
