DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. there to many honorable companies that do what they say they will. This company ruined 2 days of our vacation nothing but chaos and lies with them. On our way there we were told the home we rented the amenities we rented the house for did not work. After trying to call numerous times left numerous messages to find out what they were going to do. Finally, was texted and told by Joanie that management had approved to reimburse us 500$ plus tax at check out since we paid 3400$ for a place and the amenities were not working. That was the 1st day all day TRYING to talk to someone since we were not getting what we paid for. Check in the house its dark unload unpacks after all day on the road. The next morning luckily, I did not fall when we woke up there was water coming from the ceiling puddled in the kitchen, I took videos and pictures. Went to the blue ridge cabin rental office in banner elk, at 9 spoke with Lisa showed her the pictures We could tell right off I don't think she really cared we told her about all the issues we had and she didn't seem to care told us she had to get a hold of maintenance would get back with us. Went and had breakfast lunch, walked all over Boone finally i was emailing texting asking what the heck he had groceries etc. what was going on was finally told we had to move house could not stay there so finally around 5 we got a code to a new house they gave us 4 to pick from 1 on had all the amenities we wanted. We went to house we rented repacked and loaded and moved to the new house the beds were hard as a brick the furniture not near as comfortable as what we had rented but after blowing 2 days of vacation we were tired of dealing with poor management. When we went to check I asked Joanie when we would get our reimbursement and they really should do more none of this was our fault and 2 days blown they WOULD NOT give us another night for the problems. She said management would only approve 20% off 1 night REALLY RUIN 2 DAYS OF OUR VACATION AND NOW WILL NOT EVEN DO WHAT YOU TOLD US YOU WOULD. UNBELIEVABLE. I had numerous conversations with Joanie and supposedly the customer care team who told us they would take care of this. ITS FEB AND NOTHING WE STAYED JANUARY 6.-15TH I HAVE ALL THE TEXTS, EMAILS, PICTURES AND VIDEOS WHERE WE WERE LIED TO. I AM GIVING THEM TO END OF THE MONTH TO DO WHAT THEY SAID IN THE TEXT AND EMAIL THEY WOUDL DO BEFORE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION THIS IS JUST WRONG AND THE WORSE RENTAL COMPANY. I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. AGAIN YOU SPEND 3400$ FOR A VACATION AND YOU GET THIS.
