My dad booked a trip and bought the Cancel anytime insurance. Then Coronavirus hit. The trip was canceled and their 10-14 or 7-10 business day refund (depends on who you talk to) guaranteed by the expensive travel insurance no longer counted. They first said they decided to take 60 days for special circumstances then it went to 90 days. If you call they want you to feel bad for them because of how hard it's been for them but don't make the mistake of expecting compassion from them. They don't care if you are hurting from losing your job. Oh and if you think breaking the insurance contract of paying back your trip means you get your insurance fee back you would be mistaken. At this point (72 days after cancellation) I'm just hoping to get the money back for the trip he didn't take. DO NOT use these people they have ZERO HONOR.
