had a great trip yesterday to bassenthwaite station with Ryan, enjoyed the whole experience of the ride through lovely scenery, ending with tea on the replica orient express. great customer service throughout, Ryan was very informative, attentive to customer needs and queries. travelled with Blue Sky on many occasions, customer care second to none. recommend this company very highly.
Had a day tour with bluesky coach service to where hearbeat was filmed with a plowmans lunch at hotel thrown in. Then off to whitby. Ryan the driver was excellent. He gave us information about our stops. He was very patient and made sure all passengers got back everytime we stopped. The coach was clean and the seats pretty comfortable. Only gripe no usb charger
I must say been on loads of coach trips with Blue Sky Coaches, all the drivers are brilliant and are very helpful, it's a pleasure and fun travelling with Blue Sky coaches one happy customer, you definitely are the best compared to other coach company's, Thankyou Mad Maggie Knowles n Co!
I would rather play poker blind folded than book a trip with this company..SCAM Lost $7,000 due to their so called reimbursement policy that they read for their benefit and not the customer. My wife had an eye transplant supported by her doctor. Unable to leave doctors care for over a year. The agency didn't care and denied reimbursement. Stay away and don't get scammed.
Blue Sky Tours - (Arnita Davis, Independent Travel Agent) booked my husband and myself in a Roll in Accessible room and neither myself or my husband is Physically challenged. On one of the connecting flights she did not book our seats together. I'm so grateful that the passenger was kind enough and offered to switch seats so that we could sit together. After 10 hours plus of air travel and totally exhausted we arrived in Hawaii. At check in the madness starts. We are informed that our original room is not ready. We state to them that it is our 30th Wedding Anniversary!! since the 3rd party booking failed to do so. As a result of our original room not being ready the associate tell us that he is upgrading our room and Happy 30th Anniversary.We get our keys and head to our room. Open the door and the nightmare begins! This room that we were told was an upgrade had not been cleaned in detail and definitely not ready for us the new guests. Without subjecting anyone to our horrible experience with the room, we called the front desk to inform them of this totally disappointing matter. Housekeeping was there within minutes to do what should have been done prior to us being placed in the room. And this room was suppose to be an upgrade. For this third party to booked my husband and myself in a Roll In Accessible room and neither one of us are Physically challenged, & book our seats apart on the plane all for her financial benefit is just wrong! I sent her pictures of the condition of the room, so she knew what we had been subjected to. Arnita Davis got back with me, and all I got was I'am sorry I tried to get your money back, but that was an upgrade room that they gave you. This just further let me know her level of professionalism and customer care service. Her attitude was so sad to bad! I got paid and that seem to be all that she cared about. I will plan all of my trips in the future to ensure a memorable occasion.It is unfortunate that this happened to us, but we definitely do not want our family and friends to have to go through this. So I made the time to get this review out. I wish I had known that this organization is not BBB Accredited and that I was aware of all the reviews that are out there warning people the same things STAY AWAY FROM BLUE SKY TOURS THEY ARE A RIP OFF & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
This company is HORRIBLE! We have been trying since August to get a refund on a canceled trip for which insurance was purchased. We have dealt with at least six people - none of whom can give us a straight answer. We receive emails from people from different companies without a resolution. This company is a total ripoff - I did not even mention the paltry accommodations and the so-called WorldStar transportation. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will regret it.
Just a Warning! My Wife Used a Tour Company Called "Blue Sky Tours" Wife was booked in 2019 Just as Covid Started. That Company rescheduled and again charged more said airfare went up! She has about $1,200 paid Covid and Governor stopped travel again! I tried to get Refund from Visa "said too long ago! I called Alaskaair Ther told me they would be happy to transfer the ticket, But Blue Sky Tours never gave any of the money to Alaskaair now they said Wife had until end of year to reuse or the $1,200 is gone. This is for one Ticked Coach class! They said have to use the funds to go to Hawaii or south pacific only. The Problem I can buy a ticket from Seattle to Maui R/T for 1/2 of what Blue Sky Tours wants, So Pissed I did not just Book Wife with AlaskaAir! Anyone reading this Beware of Blue Sky Tours!
BEWARE!! I booked a luau through Blue Sky Tours. The charge was $585 on June 30, 2021. They canceled our luau (not us) within a day of booking. It is now August 9, 2021 and no refund. Part of our travel package included transfer to/from airport. When we get to the airport, the company tells us it will be a 2 hour wait for our transfer. We got a cab in less than 10 minutes to our hotel. We told our travel agent that we didn’t want to use them to pick us up for the return trip because we couldn’t risk them doing the same thing and then lose our flights. The cost was $99. So now they owe us $585 for the luau and $99 for a total of $684 refund. After my travel agent talked to them today, they said the refund takes up to 60 days. Hmm?… Something didn’t sound right. So I looked up this company and find they took some other person’s money and kept promising refunds until they ran out the clock to the point where that person was not able to dispute the charges and they lost their money. If you do business with them- BEWARE!! Start a dispute with your card right away. NEVER BOOK ANYTHING WITH BLUE SKY TOURS.
Blue Sky Tours will rip you off! Never will I ever do business with them again. We purchased a room up grade through them, then Covid hit and all flights were cancelled. We asked for a refund on five separate occasions with only one response from them that they were working on it. I finally contacted the credit card company for a refund and was told that too much time had gone by to get a refund. Blue Sky Tours intentionally put us off knowing that if enough time has gone by we couldn't get a refund. This Company is criminal! Do not trust them!
My dad booked a trip and bought the Cancel anytime insurance. Then Coronavirus hit. The trip was canceled and their 10-14 or 7-10 business day refund (depends on who you talk to) guaranteed by the expensive travel insurance no longer counted. They first said they decided to take 60 days for special circumstances then it went to 90 days. If you call they want you to feel bad for them because of how hard it's been for them but don't make the mistake of expecting compassion from them. They don't care if you are hurting from losing your job. Oh and if you think breaking the insurance contract of paying back your trip means you get your insurance fee back you would be mistaken. At this point (72 days after cancellation) I'm just hoping to get the money back for the trip he didn't take. DO NOT use these people they have ZERO HONOR.
