oh my goodness..what a horrible company to deal with.I'm trying to get quotes for my clients. Why? To make a living and to service customers. Can't make much money working with BlueSky. Why? Here's why:1)I called yesterday and it took 10 minutes to get an agent. She was helpful enough but it took so damn long for her to get the numbers together. Please email the quote, I requested. The quote never came. 2) Guess what I had to do today? Call back. This time it took 40 minutes to get an agent. I'm not joking. My phone log shows it. And this one was a be-atch. Got the quote with a heap of attitude and requested the email. Had her even repeat the email address to me! Guess what? This one never came as well. Infuriating. You betcha!At the beginning of the call, the announcement says 'This call is being recorded for quality. If you'd like to take a brief survey, press 1 and we'll call you back at this number'. Did they ever call back? Not on day one. And not on day 2 either. Did I get the impression BlueSky does not care? Big time.Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Horrid.
