I had a very disappointing experience with the storage service. After signing a contract at the agreed price, I received an invoice for a significantly higher amount. When I sought clarification, instead of resolving the issue, the staff threatened to take action against my storage unit unless I paid the new amount immediately. Such behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. A reputable service should honor its agreements and communicate transparently, not resort to intimidation. This experience has severely undermined my trust in the company.
