When I raised this issue, they insisted the fee came from conditions on their website, which were never provided with my contract. This feels like an abusive charge beyond what I agreed to. Instead of a fair resolution, I was told to pay in full or face further issues. Customers should be cautious and read the fine print, as the service may impose charges not included in the signed agreement. I am considering reporting this to consumer authorities.
