This bank is probabIy the worst bank I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. They are slow with everything and very rigid. There is no room for flexibility. I have given this bank more documents than I have ever given to any organization in my life, including the Government!! And yet they still ask for more documents!! This is in addition to all the standard information they get about you like credit checks, payslips, etc. More than 3 weeks after I made my application, this Bank was still asking for documents and had not even verifed my income. After 3 weeks!!The account manager does not seem to have any idea of what he is doing. His level of nonchalance is ridiculous. He is not able to properly answer any questions you have which leaves you very dissatisfied. I have no idea how he got this job. This Bank will take every bit of information about your personal life. They will take all the time in world and they will not give you answers that make sense. And in the end they can deny your application based on things you dont understand as no one will explain it to you. I am so happy to hear that other people have had a similar experience with Bluestep Bank. I will withdraw my application and go somewhere else.I advise everyone to do the same if they have a choice.
