I gave it a 1 star because I couldn't give it a 0. In early October, I placed an order and followed up multiple times about the fulfillment date, but received no response. After several attempts to reach customer service, I filed a complaint with my credit card company. This company is unresponsive, and I will choose a more reliable brand in the future. Save your time and money; their customer service is unacceptable.
