If you are serious about overlanding, off-grid living or need a robust home backup system that you can actually move in an emergency, Bluetti products are the gold standard.
I have the ac200pl, it works great. But they discontinued the extra battery, b210p, that fits perfectly. The new extra batteries have the power cords on opposite sides.Fan noise is too loud. And their prices are too high. CUSTOMER SERVICE LAGS WITH TIME DIFFERENCE.
So would not purchase from them again, due to shifting loyalty in product support, they abandon old models for pricier new ones. Buyer beware.
We bought our first Bluetti four years ago for our farm cabin a AC200 Max. It was the perfect solution at the time.
Since then we have purchased 11 more Bluetti systems which includes 2 AC300s, 2 AC500s and our latest addition 2 Apex300s. We have a collection of smaller Bluetti systems that power remote lighting and various security devices. We keep a Bluetti in the the truck, UTV and the Roxor.
It safe to say that Bluetti powers our life.
I own both an Elite 1000 and 2000, utilized in different locations. After several months of use, I haven't encountered any problems. The 1000 has proven to be significantly more efficient compared to the previous product I used.
I'm really impressed with these power stations. After using them for a while, I can’t imagine being without them. They’re ideal for home backups, camping, and off-grid living. I’ve tried other power stations, but none measure up to these. I’d be excited to do live reviews of these products on my channel, showcasing why I believe they are the best on the market. I used the unit for 6 months before encountering an issue with the DC outlet. I reached out to the support team, and while it took some time to receive a response, they promptly replaced it with a new unit, confirming that the warranty is effective. The shipping process was a bit tricky since there isn't a shipping center in my town, but they provided a shipping label, and the replacement was handled well. Overall, I can't complain; the company seems reliable. The entire warranty process took about a month, which isn't too bad considering I live in a small town in southern Manitoba. The unit works wonderfully, and we are really pleased with it.
The customer support was outstanding! The shipping was incredibly fast; I didn't even realize I had entered the wrong address before it shipped (within 24 hours). They coordinated with the shipping service, and my package was redirected to the correct address without any effort on my part! They kept me updated throughout the process. Despite everything, it arrived within a week, even during the holiday rush! The instructions provided are clear, and while I hope I won't need support again, I'm confident they will respond quickly to any future inquiries!
Living in rural BC, I faced challenges with shipping, but the company assisted me in getting everything delivered smoothly. I started small to test how the system functioned in my off-grid cabin, and I am truly impressed with the quality and efficiency of the equipment. Throughout the summer, I used less than 10 gallons of generator gas, primarily on cloudy days, and the 200-watt panels consistently kept everything charged by nightfall. They outperform other similar panels significantly. This summer served as a trial run, and I now have an additional battery and another 200-watt panel for next year. I've added lights, a toaster, a microwave, and a small freezer, along with a cell signal booster and a computer. So far, I am very satisfied, and if the products last as promised, they will greatly enhance my life. I believe in solar power; it truly works, and as long as the sun shines, it’s a viable option. The lighter-duty inverter has been ideal for powering laptops, charging phones, and operating smaller 12V refrigerators, with its portable design being an added bonus. The charger has transformed my charging experience while driving with its adjustable output and user-friendly settings for compatibility. Recently, I took a two-week overlanding trip across the Western US, where I connected all the equipment together. The system operated seamlessly, ensuring that both battery banks stayed charged for our various needs. A couple of standout features include the compact design with handles that make transportation easy, and the accompanying app that provides extensive monitoring and control options for all devices. I cannot recommend this brand's products enough, to the point that I recently bought an additional unit for my son!
