Unbelievably poor service.I've experienced 2 issues: 1. I placed an order for a unit case for my EB55. Bluetti have "SHOP" attached to their checkout . As I was checking out , their "SHOP" app changed my delivery address to an address unknown to me. I quickly sent them a message to correct the address, only to be ignored. 6 emails later and 1 x lengthy phone call...Bluetti ended up sending my order to this unknown address... now I have to claim the funds back via my credit card .2. I wanted to buy the Bluetti 100 elite and sent numerous emails to understand the technical details of the unit. 3 weeks and 5 emails later and I am still waiting for a reply. Bluetti would have to be the worse company for support. They heavily force their products , fabricate specials and then offer no support . I would never buy from Bluetti again !
