Excellent customer service. Had an issue with my AC180. Anson with customer support reached out after my warranty claim was submitted and answered all questions and was swift to send replacement once they received mine. I did have to pay 15 dollars to have a box sent to me (read the note on your box. KEEP THE BOX) to send mine back. Sending the power station back required a fed ex pick up NOT DROP OFF since considered hazardous material, but once pick up scheduled all was good. Replacement worked great but then there was an issue with my charger 1, Ava took over but was all over it. Once I provided all the info on what it was doing and what I had done a replacement was shipped out immediately. Just great communication all the way through the process and they stayed with me till I confirmed all items were working as they should. Very happy with BLUETTI!!
