I’m on my second unit as the first one I purchased became faulty . This unit is again faulty and failed . I emailed Bluetti who said they recommend a firmware update but in the next sentence said it wouldn’t apply to several models. Mine being one of them . Then proceeded to ask for information that I’d already supplied in my first email . Appalling customer service
