My unit unfortunately had a mechanical failure. Hesitantly, I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised! We email back and forth about problem related questions and possible fixes. After it was determined it was hardware failure, Bluetti paid for shipping and had me send the unit back. After about a week, my unit was delivered back to my residence and appears to be working like normal. Overall, I was very pleased!
