Super happy with customer service. Unfortunately my 1st unit failed while I was in Alaska, and there aren't any power station companies that will ship directly there. Customer service agreed to replace after I sent them videos of the failure, and were willing to work with me on how to get a replacement to AK. I ended up opting to wait until I got back to WA just to simplify things. When I returned to WA, I just had to email to get the process for replacement happening. Customer service stayed on top of getting it to me. Meanwhile I bought a 2nd unit because the EBA3 works well for me, so I can have a back-up if needed in the future. I love the product, and because customer service was so great, I'm not even bummed about the failure of the product. Sh*t happens, and as long as it's made right, I'm OK with it.
