Bluetti customer service is friendly and helpful. I was in a bad mood because, although Bluetti had shipped my item to the correct address, UPS claimed otherwise. I was a bit irritated when I called Bluetti because they couldn’t contact UPS right away to fix the problem. But after calming down and speaking with UPS, I realized it wasn’t Bluetti’s mistake at all — UPS had told a little fib. UPS did resolve the issue and miraculously delivered the item to me the same day. Bluetti’s customer service was the friendliest I’ve interacted with in a while, and they genuinely seemed eager to solve my problem, though their hands were tied since the issue wasn’t on their end.
