I own 3 Bluettie systems---B-300----B-500---Ep-500 pro. My B-3300 had 2 batteries fail back in Feb. After months of going back and forth with Bluettie I give up. I have shipped this back 3 times now and it still ain't right. One of the used batteries they sent me is not charging right. I all fairness they told me to ship it back again and they would replace. After 3 attempts I am done shipping this 80 lb plus box back. They did offer me frig magnet for my trouble.
