I’ve been using Bluetti products for over five years. I did have a couple of issues with my initial purchase of the AC 200 P and the solar panels that came with it. I was in the area of Las Vegas and got to visit the companies warehouse and meet the people behind the scenes. They treated me like gold. And they met all my needs and requests and even upgraded my panels. I also was at the RTR in 2021 and met some of the reps from China. All they wanted to do was have the customer have a great product experience and that was achieved. I have no problem spending the extra money because I know of the products performance .
