I recently purchased the AC180 and the connection cable to my B230 (which I use with my AC200Max purchased over a year ago). I noticed a connectivity issue with my AC180, so I asked Support for assistance. They promptly got me in touch with a representative, Ava, via email. After several tests, we determined the issue was with my B230, so they promptly sent me shipping papers and, within about a week, got my unit repaired and functioning as expected. Props to Ava and the Bluetti support team for their prompt attention and follow-up. First class service, IMHO.
