I bought two bluetti EB3A. After one year one literal died . Because the give warranty I received February 2024 a new one . In the beginning of march 2025 the new received EB3A died again. They won't repair it. This is not sustainable . The EB3A won't work longer as year and won't repair it. So advice you do not by the EB3A you better can you throw your money in the bin . I am very dispointend in the service from bluetti.***** UPDATE 7-4-2025***** Customer service finally offered to look at it. I am very happy with this service because they fixed my EB3A. Thank you for this great service!
