Update: bluetti arranged another collection of our return, they didn't come to collect. Seeing as how it was collected and briefly lost by a courier - and bluetti advised me I was responsible for returning the items, and that the items might be lost - I no longer have any faith in the company.They are using AI to respond. I can honestly say there were about 10 apologies in the last email alone.Sick of being fobbed off. Also think they are based in china... Not Europe. As they don't reply in the day often.The whole experience has been a disaster. I just want my money back for items which are unfit for sale in my country..... Will update if they ever manage to sort. But my advice is avoid!Bought an apex 300 and other kit totalling almost 3k. It arrived in republic of ireland with EU plugs. There was no mention of this. Yes i could use adapters, but that would have meant buying 6. So I decided to return and buy in UK - so I dont have to. You cant buy from Bluetti UK in ROI, although Bluetti EU were not aware of this.arranged a return. they send booking confirmation for return instead of labels. They arranged collection, but it wasnt done correctly, so the items were lost for a while with courier but returned. I have now asked them to send labels for me to put on for the collection to save issues, they have again forwarded me an order confirmation for the collection - no labels. I have asked for labels again....This has gone on for almost 2 months now. All I want is my money back. They take a day or 3 to reply - so not prioritizing customer service at all. I have even called the office and left urgent messages for them to reply, nothing.Even if I was to keep them, the customer service is SO bad. One email offered a full refund when the items were lost. Then an hour later they emailed again to say they were no longer offering this as the items are high value.Im sorry but check with your managers before emailing the customer maybe? I dont even think they know the difference between ROI and north... Brexit doesnt help this matter. But you cant sell high value items to customers with the wrong plugs on. Its just poor service.Hopefully they will sort this out and I can get my money back to buy again in the UK.If a ROI customer had issues and needed to return an item, this process should have been set up ready for staff to follow. As it is they are just guessing what to do,
