They have the worst communication. No way to get in touch with a rep when needed. Also they do not back their customers. We had our account compromised and money frequently stolen from our account, card was stolen and used. The found no error and did nothing to get my money back. IT took them over a month to review, and every time I sent an email, I wouldn't get a response for 2-3 weeks. When I called up there, they would not let me even speak to the fraud department, if I was even able to get in touch with someone. I now realize that all the recommendations for them and reviews are all paid for.

I applied for a term loan but was turned down even though I had more than three times the required deposits. When I reached out for clarification, the sales representative provided a support line that seemed suspicious. The representative I talked to had a limited command of English and was unwilling to share his location. After some insistence, he revealed that the office was based in South Asia, not the U.S.
The service permitted fraudulent charges to be made to my account. These charges were clearly unauthorized for a software that I wasn't given access to due to trivial reasons. It was a straightforward situation. They conducted an investigation, but all they communicated was that the charges matched what the vendor claimed. The vendor charged me my usual monthly fee twice while denying me access to my account and holding it hostage. I'm extremely frustrated with this service for enabling such behavior.
