I purchased 5l instant and make the profit more than 10percent and I withdraw the request on 26 Feb and my payment status shows still pending then I send the multiple times email as well write the issue on telegram and create my ticket on Ai support but I did not get any response

Overall experience was smooth but whenever i tried to request a withdraw it showed an error that " you must be logged in first to make an withdrawal request" but it stopped after 21 days after buying my account that is not mentioned in rules while purchasing the account.
And still my payout has not been approved. I sent a request on 19 feb but till now on 22 feb my payout has not been approved and while buying the account it shows that the payouts are approved within 24-48 hours.
THERE ARE MY ANOTHER 2 ACCOUNTS WHOSE PAYOUTS ARE NOT APPROVED FROM 18 FEB OF 60K,15K AND 11,111.
