From ordering over the telephone with Fiona Josephs, to arranging a delivery date with Andrew Brunton, to actual delivery of our hot tub (by Zen and Matt), we could not be more impressed! The whole process has been faultless and we are so appreciative to everyone involved at Blue Whale Spa. Fiona was really helpful to start with, Andrew not only called to arrange a delivery date, but also sent us a variety of videos (which have been absolutely invaluable! And we would recommend anyone setting up their hot tub to watch them) and Zen and Matt were fantastic too.
